Document publication turns acquired or uploaded evidence into the current canonical project corpus for an opportunity.

Estimators need to know which documents are current, superseded, missing, or suspect. Raw downloads alone cannot answer that.

Publish documents through opportunity-owned state with provenance, supersession, storage references, and review signals.

Platform Shape

Precon document and storage services own canonical document records and SharePoint-backed file placement. Publication jobs move selected portal documents into durable opportunity state.
